ORGANIZATION
GERFLOR Purchases are divided into 4 major sectors:
- Raw materials
- Technical purchases (investments, energies, industrial operations)
- Range and innovation supplements
- Goods, services, communication and shipment
Each sector is broken down into Purchasing units coordinated by a purchaser.
Raw material Purchasing Sector:
- Basic raw material purchases: S and E PVC, plasticisers
- Other raw material purchases: PVC films, charge, surfacing mat / backing, stabilisers, additives, adhesive varnishes, pigments and inks, titanium dioxide, cork, cardboard tubes, pallets and packaging, etc.
Technical Purchasing Sector:
Energy, spare parts, services, investments.
Range and innovation supplement Purchasing Sector:
Skirtings, adhesives, tooling, finishing accessories
Goods, services, communication and shipment Purchasing Sector:
- Operation purchases: insurance, environment, temporary work, travel, health, IT, office supplies, etc.
- Marketing and communication Purchasing: advertisements, POS advertising, fairs, cards, sampling, printing, shaping, etc.
- Shipping and logistics purchases: maritime, air, cargo express deliveries and small packages, courier services, interim storage, etc.
