Accelerating towards 2030

In 2025 we revisited our CSR roadmap, setting new ambitious and quantified goals. We have defined 10 key objectives that reflect our commitment to climate action, resource efficiency, circularity, user health and wellbeing and a safe, stimulating work environment for our employees. 

A significant step forward is the inclusion of Scope 3 emissions in our greenhouse gas targets. Our climate ambition is now aligned with the Paris Agreement trajectory and has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

CSR: a long history

As early as 1960, Gerflor opened its first recycling centers within its French factories.
By the 2000s, we were conducting product life cycle assessments and innovating to include recycled and bio-based materials.
Over the past ten years, our approach has become even more structured and accelerated, based on a comprehensive analysis of our impacts and the development of our first 2020–2025 roadmap. Our progress has been documented since 2022 in our CSR reports.
We are more determined than ever to continue our efforts, with a new roadmap, “we care / we Act – Horizon 2030,” established in 2025.
